Ever noticed how your mood directs your food. Sometimes we find ourselves feeding our feelings rather than our bodies. Both psychological and physiological factors affect what we choose to put in our bodies, and dictate the relationship we have between food and emotions.
The link between food and mood has been established in a number of scientific studies. Many showing that anxiety, lethargy, irritability, depression, sleeping difficulties and cravings can, and do result from a poor or imbalanced diet.
While our moods impact our diets, conversely what we eat impacts our emotions and state of mind.
