To heal our struggles in life we need to reclaim ourselves, heal what’s hurting us, and learn to honour who we truly are.

When you have reached your limit of suffering, that is when you can begin to transform your life.

That is when you can say NO MORE!

 I deserve better than this!

And I’m going to learn how!

ARE YOU READY TO HEAL YOUR LIFE?

If you’re sick and tired of feeling sick, overwhelmed, and tired, I can help you to navigate life’s stressors and bring balance back into your life.

We all know that reaching out to a counsellor for the first time can be daunting.

To help you take that first step, I provide a warm, empathic space to walk alongside you with compassion and non-judgement as we collaboratively work to make sense of your life.

HOW I WORK WITH YOU

I provide a safe space for you to explore issues undermining your well-being with complete confidentiality.

I encourage and support you on your path forward to find clarity, meaning, and peace.

I specialise in undesirable behaviour issues, drawing on 20 years of experience mentoring people and their loved ones with alcohol and drug issues.

I offer support in any stage of change to help you attain a healthier lifestyle.

I also provide tools you can use at home to help you move towards empowerment, healing, and a greater sense of self so you can create a healthy, vibrant life.
