Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is an ancient Japanese practice that unblocks and harmonises energy circulation. It is non-invasive and can be used with other therapies to support recovery and promote optimal health.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is used to release tensions that cause a variety of symptoms.
Our bodies contain energy pathways that nourish all of our cells. These paths are called flows. If these pathways become blocked, the damming effect can lead to discomfort and even pain.
If your energy flows remain blocked, it can create disharmony throughout your body, including inflammation, fatigue and health issues.
Jin Shin Jyutsu identifies 26 ‘safety energy locks’ where energy concentrates along your energy pathways. A gentle touch is held at these points to unblock and harmonise
energy flow throughout your body.
The art of Jin Shin Jyutsu includes teaching you techniques you can use at home to maintain balance and flow.

I use Jin Shin Jyutsu and meditation to teach people how to create a state of harmony within themselves.
We are more than we think and judge ourselves to be. On a microscopic level, every part of the human body is composed of energy. Everything we do with our thoughts and feelings directs or blocks the flow of that energy.
