I love spending time reading both the latest academic research but also the traditional texts full of empirical knowledge. I believe in the best of both worlds approach.

I completed my initial Naturopathic studies in 2004. Having a life-long passion for learning, I have since completed a Bachelor of Health Science and I'm currently undertaking a Bachelor of Medicines Management with honours in Complementary Medicine.

I love to share the knowledge I gain whenever I can.  Over the years I have worked with patients from one side of the globe to another.  From the west end of London, through to rural Western Australia.  I have been honoured to support people to overcome the obstacles thrown their way and empower them to find their best health.

Over this last decade I have also worked with supplement brand BioCeuticals – providing education, training and support to all manner of health professionals - fellow Naturopaths, Pharmacists and GP's.  The opportunity to connect with and share so much collective knowledge and talent has been invaluable.  It has reinforced to me the value of integrative health care for the best patient outcomes.  This fills me with optimism and hope for the future health of our community.

I have a developed a passion for holistic women’s health through all ages and stages of life.  My experience has led to my interest in supporting women to first cope with, then adapt to, and finally thrive with optimum health and joyous vitality in the face of all the challenges thrown our way in our 30's, 40's, 50's and beyond.

Whether it’s too much stress and subsequent mental health challenges, too little sleep, digestive issues, weight gain or it’s all simply being blamed on ‘your hormones’ – we can find a way to get you back on track.   Or we may even be able to find you a whole new level of well-being you hadn’t thought possible.

I provide a non-judgemental empowering and supportive space.

In consultation, we will work to uncover the root cause/s of your ill-health.  This will be through detailed case taking and relevant pathology testing when necessary.  From this, I will develop a treatment strategy with a step-by-step action plan for you to work with.  This plan may include advice on dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplementation and herbal remedies.  It also may include recommendation for referral to other health care providers.

When not in the clinic, I continue to provide complementary medicine education and training for other health professionals in an independent capacity.  I also love to be active – if I’m not running in the beautiful bush-lands around Perth then you’ll find me in my backyard, using permaculture principles to grow my own fruit and vegetables – the more unusual and exotic the better.

Please phone (08)9330 2922 for an appointment or for a chat to see how I can help you find your best health.
