ToggleHEALING HEALTH
Many of the chronic diseases we suffer from today are avoidable and directly linked to poor nutrition and lifestyle.
The good news is your body is designed to be healthy.
You can be healthy when you know how and you live it every day.
Our goal in our Nutrition Therapy series of blogs and this free e-book is to show you how to create better health, based on over 40 years of clinic practice.

You don’t have to email us your details or jump through any hoops.
There’s no agenda other than leaving behind our knowledge so it will continue to help people long after we are gone.

SELF LOVE
Self love is about learning to nurture and nourish your entire being.
Diet, exercise, rest, and quality sleep are important for maintaining health and well-being.
But even these aspects of life are about learning to love and take care of ourselves.
Self-love (self-care, self-compassion) is essential for physical, mental, and emotional health.
Self-love means caring about yourself and for yourself – ensuring that your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Self-care lowers anxiety and stress and helps build self-esteem (a sense of self-worth) and resilience.
Self-love means loving you.
Above all – health is holistic.
And that means healing and maintaining all parts of you – body, mind, heart, and spiritual self.
Embrace it all.
Our free e-book Live Love is a collection of affirming reminders that help centre us in the energy of love.
Live Love reminds you to live with all your heart, and let nothing dim your light.
You can download Live Love to your phone or iPad and read it daily to inspire, renew, and maintain your well-being.

LEARNING MORE
Your health journey will be as unique as you are.
We include live-linked research references in our blogs so you can explore and learn more about your body, your self, and your potential to create better health.
Greater understanding opens doors to healthier solutions you may have not known about before.
So I invite you to learn as much as you can about yourself, how your body functions, the power of nutrition, and what you can do to protect and maintain your health on every level of your being.
In the following links I share with you, you’ll also find links to other studies and similar articles – explore them.
It’s a fascinating journey that I’ve seen change the lives of many of my clients, myself included.
When you make a commitment to your health and healing, you realise suffering is not the way you have to live life.
I wish you all the very best always,
Lisa Rieniets ND.
